R: BAΣΙΛΕΩΣ ANTIOXOV in two lines on r., EΠΙΦΑΝΟVΣ ΦΙΛΑΔΕΛΦOV in two lines on l., Athena stg. l. holding Nike outside inscription and resting hand on grounded shield, spear propped in crook of elbow.

Control: outer l. above bunch of grapes.
