According to Dr. Alexander Fishman of Ancient Coins Canada, Vcoins site, Year 195 SE on Rudrasena coins is EXTREMELY rare, with only one example known (from Sonpur hoard, NS.47,345,96N) - not listed or Illustrates in "Studies in the Coinage of Western Kshatrapas".
